NFL Week 17 Predictions
December 28, 2005, 9:42 PM | 0 Comments
Well, it’s been 16 weeks already, and there’s only one game left for the 20 teams who wont make the playoffs. Who those teams will be is mostly confirmed, except for a few teams that still have a chance.
The Cowboys have a slim chance at making it, but need to win their game and get some help (a loss or tie) from the Redskins. However, the Redskins are one of the few teams that have a “win and you’re in” situation, that I don’t expect they’ll squander. The Panthers and Steelers are the 2 other teams that can make the playoffs with a win this weekend.

First of all, Merry Christmas! This week will probably answer most of the playoff questions that remain, and with 13 games on Saturday and 3 games on Christmas Day, it should make for a very busy holiday weekend.
Last week was disappointing on many levels. First, the Colts were defeated by the Chargers, ending their shot at a perfect season. Secondly, Green Bay was absolutely destroyed… by the Baltimore Ravens.
NFL Week 15 Predictions

Week 15 is here, bringing with it 3 Saturday games and several key match-ups that will determine who makes the playoffs and who will be watching the playoffs.
Last week I had a great week of predictions and finished 14-2 in what was a very exciting week of football. This week will be just as exciting, and I’m really hoping the Colts make it to 14-0 against a good San Diego team.
‘Tis the Season!

I’m actually a little late in posting this, and I’m not sure why I hadn’t done it already, but here it is.
At Barking Dog Studios, we’ve put together an advent calendar filled with all sorts of random holiday cheer. The site has been updated every day since December 1st, and will continue to be updated until Christmas. Feel free to check out Barking Dog Studios’ Reinvent | Advent.
Firefox 1.5 Review

Firefox 1.5 has been out for about 2 weeks now, and after using it since it came out, I thought I’d post my thoughts on Mozilla’s latest offering.
The newest release of Firefox offers several enhancements and upgrades to existing features, some of which are really nice and negate the need to use a few popular extensions. As far as new features and major upgrades, anyone hoping for those will probably have to wait for Firefox 2.0.

The first three quarters of the season are now behind us, and with each team having 4 remaining games, the playoff picture is becoming a little more clear.
The Colts are clearly the favourites to win the Superbowl this year, and in the NFC, the Seahawks look like the team to beat. After this week and several key match-ups, playoff scenarios will start to work themselves out.
After another good 12-4 week last week, I brought my running total up to 121-71, which is decent, but a little behind where I’d like to be.
