It’s De-lurking Time!

It’s De-lurking time! I kind of missed the boat on this last year, but I thought it was a great idea and was determined to make sure I took part this year. I first heard about “de-lurking week” at Veerle’s blog, but the idea it seems was originally started at Papernapkin.
What is “lurking” you ask? Well, it’s a term that describes the actions (or lack thereof) of people that join chat rooms, newsgroups, forums, read blogs, etc. and don’t comment. This usually either happens because they don’t feel they have anything to add to the topic, or because someone else already said what they wanted to.
So now it’s time to de-lurk! I know there are people out there who read this site but don’t participate in commenting, so I’d like to give you an opportunity to speak up. Step up to the microphone and feel free to let me know who you are, where you’re from, what you do, why you read this site… or really anything else that’s on your mind. Even if you’re a regular reader or commenter on this site, please say hello again.
Also, if you have an idea for a future topic or post on this site, feel free to pitch your idea in the comments. I’m always open to suggestions. So, end your lurking days and post away… go!

Hey, I usually tune in to see whats new with technology and I’m pretty interested in your Switch Journal. But yes, I admit it… I am a lurker.
Great job.
